SPICY FISH WITH GARLIC 1 Pack Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix 250 gm Sliced Fish 1 cup corn flour 1 onion diced 1 capsicum diced 1 tbsp garlic, chopped 450 ml water 1 Spring onion Chopped Oil to deep fry Method: Coat each slice of fish with corn flour and deep fry till crispy. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, sauté the vegetables for 1 minute and add water. Mix in entire content of Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix and cook on a medium flame.
