Make sure you do not overcook the Thai rice noodles. Bring the water to almost a boil and then turn down the heat. Soak the noodles for about 5 minutes or soft. If you REALLY want to spice it up add some additional Thai chilli peppers. Ingredients based on 2 servings 2 Chicken Breast sliced into bite-sized pieces 1 zucchini 1/2 Red pepper 1/2 Orange pepper 20 basil leaves 1 twelve ounce pack of CurrySimple Green Curry Sauce 1/4 Cup Bamboo Shoots 1/4 Cup Diced Ginger 8 oz Thai Rice Noodles Enjoy!
